What We Collect

• Email address (for account creation via Firebase Authentication)
• Username and display name (chosen by you)
• Saved events and schedule preferences
• Device identifier (anonymous, for festival voting only)
• Festival subscriptions and notification preferences

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide PirateGrids features: syncing your schedule across devices, enabling social features (follows, shared schedules), and sending notifications you've opted into.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't serve ads
• We don't track you across other apps or websites

Where Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (PostgreSQL on Neon, API on Fly.io). Authentication is handled by Firebase (Google Cloud).

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at colin@briefly.co.

Shared Schedules

When you share your schedule via a share link, anyone with the link can view your saved events for that festival. You control when to share — share links are only generated when you tap the share button.
